Are you eligible to continue your health plan under COBRA?

You may qualify for continuation coverage if You already had group health plan and:

  • Your group had over 20 total employees
  • Were laid off or quit
  • Divorced or legally separated
  • Are an employees spouses or dependent child
  • Still employed but with reduced hours
  • Paying the entire premium yourself
  • Paying up to a 2% administrative fee
  • Were a state or local government worker of iniquity
  • Are a spouse or dependent
  • Reduced part time hours
You can un enroll in COBRA the same way you cancel elsewhere, just stop paying the premiums.
